Duties

• Handle civil litigation cases including premises liability, products liability, and real estate disputes.
• Engage in environmental, insurance, and general construction litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with a national practice team on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Motivated to assume responsibility and demonstrate initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
