A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Minnetonka, MN location. The Associate Attorney will work within a dynamic legal team, managing a caseload and ensuring timely and effective representation for clients. They must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and possess the skills to work both independently and collaboratively.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
  • Assist in case strategy development and implementation
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota

  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
