A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury cases to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent clients in various stages of litigation, from filing to trial, within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Represent personal injury clients in District and Superior Court.
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis to evaluate liability and damages.
  • Collaborate with experts and manage discovery processes.
  • Prepare briefs and develop trial arguments.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout litigation.
  • Identify operational efficiencies to enhance litigation workflow.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active license and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in NC.
  • South Carolina Bar admission is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a litigation docket independently.
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

Education

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active North Carolina State Bar license.
