A law firm is seeking a Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney to join their team in Seattle, WA.

Job Overview:

The Senior Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney will play a crucial role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, providing counseling and dispute resolution, and offering regulatory advice to both domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, with a focus on international licensing or franchising as an added advantage. This position requires a candidate with a high level of academic achievement, prior law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Duties:

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
  • Provide expert legal counsel on regulatory matters affecting domestic and international operations.
  • Handle dispute resolution related to franchise and supply network issues.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in franchise and supply chain laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements in the franchise and supply chain domain.
  • Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
  • High level of academic achievement in law.
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting.
  • Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the Bar  WA.
