Boston office of our client seeks an associate healthcare transactional attorney with 2-5 years of experience with particular strength in business transactions, general corporate, and drafting acquisition agreements, operating agreements, and buy-sell agreements. MA Bar admission in good standing is required.

The candidate must have knowledge of the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the HIPAA/HITECH Act. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to build rapport with clients is essential.
