Litigation Attorney

Grand Rapids office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 4-8 of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including e-discovery compliance, motion practice, and depositions. The candidate will be working with supervising attorneys to represent a variety of clients, including automotive suppliers, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Managing litigation matters of varying sizes, including large-scale litigation; analyzing case materials to identify legal issues and potential strategies; drafting pleadings, legal memorandum, and reports. Assisting with the preparation for depositions, case evaluations, arbitrations, mediations, and trials; and performing legal research. Admission to the Michigan Bar is required. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, and strong research and writing skills.
