This role involves engaging in legal writing, attending motions, hearings, and depositions, as well as meeting with clients. The successful candidate will be a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Michigan and possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle complex legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend and represent clients at motions, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss case details, provide legal advice, and develop case strategies.
• Research and analyze legal issues related to Michigan No-Fault Laws.
• Review and evaluate case files, evidence, and legal issues to provide informed legal advice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in Michigan No-Fault Laws.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in Michigan No-Fault Law preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Attorney with the State Bar of Michigan.
• Demonstrated experience in legal writing and attending legal proceedings.
• A strong understanding of Michigan's No-Fault Laws is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
