• Take and defend depositions, participate in court hearings, and engage in settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in the development of case strategy and trial preparation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their case.
• Stay updated on current legal trends and changes in employment and civil litigation law.
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to clients on various employment-related matters.
• Prepare and represent clients in trials, including handling jury and bench trials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law and civil litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters, with a focus on employment law.
• Experience in managing cases from inception through to trial and resolution.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments.
• Proven ability to handle client relationships with professionalism and empathy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
