Duties

• Provide clear legal guidance to clients regarding their rights and options.
• Develop case strategies and conduct relevant legal research.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve fair settlements.
• Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals and accident reconstruction specialists.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Pursue maximum recovery for each client through strong advocacy and skilled negotiation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• 1-3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Nevada personal injury law and insurance practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and client advocacy abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Experience with trial preparation or arbitration is a plus.
