Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes and represent clients in court.
• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including trial and appeal.
• Collaborate with partners on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in premises, auto or products liability, healthcare, wrongful death, and personal injury.
• Experience managing a litigation caseload independently.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as briefs and motions.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
• Courtroom experience and deposition skills; trial experience is a plus.
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Nevada State Bar membership.
