Professional Liability Associate Attorney

Garden City office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in all phases of design professional liability defense litigation. The candidate should be admitted in New York. Must be experienced in attending court conferences, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing discovery and substantive motions and appeals, and preparing pleadings, discovery demands, and responses. Position is part-time to start.
