Job Duties:

• Advise and represent clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
• Assist clients in navigating data protection regulations.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on cyber-related issues.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and opinions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in cybersecurity law.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
• Membership to the CA State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Superb oral communication skills.
• Dynamic and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership to the CA State Bar.
