Duties

• Advise clients and private funds on complex derivatives transactions and regulatory issues.
• Gain practical experience with interest rate and FX derivatives.

• Participate in innovative structured finance deals, including fund repackagings and CLOs.

Requirements

• Experience in structured finance and derivatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory matters related to derivatives.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
