The candidate should have experience representing providers in court and before administrative tribunals including the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, HHS Departmental Appeals Board, Medicare Appeals Council, ALJs, etc. A lateral partner with the business is preferred. Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Government experience is a plus.
