Litigation Associate Attorney

A prominent law firm in New York is seeking an Experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker focused on efficiently solving complex legal problems and has a strong desire to take depositions, argue motions, and try cases.

Duties:

• Manage commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in motions and hearings.
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive environment.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong desire to engage in trial work and legal advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a member of the New York Bar.
