The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration, including handling H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E's, O-1s, L-1s, and TN's. Duties

• Assess visa options and manage case assignments.
• Track case progress and conduct regular client status calls.
• Support Members in managing client relationships and internal teams.
• Supervise junior associates, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of employment-based immigration experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
