Attorney with 3+ years of substantive legal experience

Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 3+ years of substantive legal experience. The candidate will independently handle cases from inception to resolution. Craft and execute strategies that optimize favorable outcomes in advocating for clients based on the review of initial case information and ongoing fact investigation. Have substantive communication with courts, administrative offices, financial institutions, and clients. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments. Attend hearings and trials. Should preferably have prior experience in one or more of the areas like Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate and estate claims, and guardianships. Must be actively licensed in Arizona. Additional State Bar admissions in good standing are a bonus.

The candidate must be a graduate of an ABA-accredited law school. Should have positive and candid communication skills, both oral and written forms. Must be tech savvy with working knowledge of Mac/Apple, MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and timekeeping software.
