Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for cases.
• Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action.
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Membership in good standing with the TN State Bar.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience post-graduation.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong background in litigation and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in writing, research, and analysis with impressive academic credentials.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships and deliver viable solutions.
• Preferred experience in employment law and business law, particularly on the management side.

Education
