A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a PI Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to fight for clients and earn significant settlements in personal injury cases.

 

Job Overview:

The PI Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney will manage a caseload, work with case managers, and collaborate with various departments. They will attend hearings, develop legal skills, and communicate strategies to clients and opposing counsel.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a significant caseload.
  • Work closely with case managers and assistants.
  • Collaborate with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments.
  • Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel.
  • Attend and conduct hearings.
  • Develop understanding of the pre-litigation process from experienced Supervising Attorneys.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Superior analytical and legal research skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
