Duties

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, focusing on construction, general liability, and insurance defense cases.

  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and legal briefs.
  • Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk mitigation, and contractual matters.
  • Assist with transactional matters, including contract review and drafting for construction and real estate clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in California.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation; construction law experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality client service.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
