Duties

  • Advise on employment law topics, including wage and hour, privacy, and discrimination.

  • Represent clients in litigation and agency charges, ensuring conflict-of-interest protocols.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials for staff and contingent workforce.
  • Support litigation hold processes, audits, and government investigations.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance client service and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge management practices for timely legal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling.
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge management and process management skills.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and EEO compliance.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
