Duties

  • Advise clients on OSHA and MSHA compliance and enforcement matters.
  • Represent clients in workplace safety investigations and related litigation.
  • Manage on-site inspections and interact with regulatory agencies.
  • Handle litigation tasks including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
  • Support whistleblower defense matters and related proceedings.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on case strategy and client advisement.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in OSHA, MSHA, environmental, or whistleblower matters.
  • Experience in compliance, enforcement, and related litigation.
  • Litigation experience preferred, including depositions, discovery, and motions.
  • Strong academic credentials and professional work ethic.
  • Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility for admission.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission.
