A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney in Twin Falls, ID.

Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will primarily manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes within the Firm's practice areas. The successful candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills, exceptional academic credentials, and the ability to independently draft documents and pleadings. They must be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 programs and willing to participate in professional networking opportunities and Firm marketing initiatives.

Duties:

  • Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes within the Firm's practice areas.
  • Independently draft documents and pleadings with minimal editing/formatting needed.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings and client consultations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case preparation and trial strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Participate in professional networking events and Firm marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Current Idaho Bar License in good standing.
  • Compliance with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law with an emphasis on litigation.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.
  • Ability to commute to either office location during regular business hours.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current Idaho Bar License.
