Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join its international corporate practice in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in startup law, with a focus on securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. This role requires in-office presence four days a week.

Duties
