A law firm seeks an ambitious attorney with one to five years of experience to join its Insurance Recovery, Counseling & Litigation team in Clarence, New York. The practice is nationwide, assisting policyholder clients in resolving complex insurance coverage disputes and maximizing insurance recoveries.

Duties

• Resolve complex insurance coverage disputes.
• Secure carrier participation in defense and settlement of claims.
• Advise on a wide range of insurance coverage issues.
• Conduct analytical work with guidance and training.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in insurance recovery or related fields.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience with insurance policies and coverage issues preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in litigation or corporate transactional work is a plus.
