Duties

• Review pleadings for accuracy, including venue, balances, and named parties.
• Ensure compliance with statutes of limitations and proper documentation.
• Assist in legal research to maintain up-to-date pleadings.
• Represent the firm in pre-trials, trials, and mediations via Zoom.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)

Certifications

• Licensed Attorney in Texas

Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient in legal research and document review.
• Experience with collections-related court documents.
