Senior Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior real estate transactional associate attorney with corporate real estate experience and a comprehensive understanding of the life cycle of a commercial real estate deal. The candidate will handle all facets of such transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as financing and development. Will interact with internal and external senior management and real estate and governmental officials. A background drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documentation (for instance, contracts involving a variety of deal structures), and knowledge of financial transactions and risk management needed. Must have admission to the California Bar.

The candidate must have very strong communication and presentation skills. Must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent writing skills.
