Mid-level IP Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
A prominent national law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to support its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This role involves high-level, complex IP litigation work and offers an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team. Location:

• Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters in federal courts

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Manage complex litigation tasks, including discovery and trial prep

• Participate in strategy development for IP litigation cases

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices in a team-driven environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Federal Circuit litigation experience is considered an asset

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex subject matter

• Commitment to client service and professional excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic record required

• Submission of law school and undergraduate (or graduate, if applicable) transcripts required

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in the state where the candidate intends to practice
