Mid- to Senior-level Corporate Associate Attorney

Milwaukee office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level corporate associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities. Should have prior experience working on public company deals or financings and regulatory/reporting work. Must have deep experience in corporate transactions.

The candidate must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. The ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and the firm needs change is required. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are needed.
