Brevard office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior transactional associate attorney with 2-10 years of experience practicing family law. The candidate will represent clients in various transactional matters, including wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations, and LLCs, non-profit 501 (3), and intellectual property litigation. Will manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentored and supervised junior attorneys and paralegals. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus. Must be an active member in good standing with a State Bar association.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Must have excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Should have strong negotiation and mediation skills. Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload needed. Must have commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus.
