Associate Attorney

Duties

• Represent clients in justice and municipal courts, including bond hearings and trials.

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Participate in case development to prepare for trial.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Complete general office and case management tasks.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi or awaiting bar results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Diligence in completing projects with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
