Duties

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and negotiations

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in South Carolina

  • Proven litigation and negotiation experience in personal injury law

  • Strong legal writing and drafting skills

  • Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis

  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
