• Conduct detailed reviews of organizational documents for borrowing entities and make necessary revisions.
• Oversee real estate secured finance transactions, workouts, and restructurings.
• Review title reports and surveys, ensuring title clearance.

Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
