Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Regulatory Investigations Associate in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General, including handling civil investigative demands and multistate investigations. This role involves advising clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.

Duties

  • Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
  • Negotiate resolutions and advise on complex regulatory enforcement matters.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
  • Engage in strategic business development for the practice group.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General.
  • Experience in a State Attorney General's office preferred.
  • Strong writing skills and a publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of residence and work.
