A law firm is seeking a qualified Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for their Clayton, MO, location. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

• Meet with clients to discuss their case, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and the ability to earn trust, confidence, and respect.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair if necessary.

Duties:

• Conduct client meetings to discuss case details and legal options.
• Provide updates to clients on the progress of their cases.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents and evidence for trial.
• Represent clients in court during trials and hearings.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with 5-10 personal injury trials as first chair.
• Member of the Missouri Bar in good standing.
• Ability to evaluate claims and assess legal options effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
