Construction Litigation Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a construction litigation attorney with 2-5 years of construction litigation experience. The candidate will investigate/defend first- and third-party claims. Conduct and defend depositions. Draft dispositive motions and attend hearings in state and federal courts. Should ideally have experience defending against construction defect claims, but also experience litigating breach of a construction contract, termination, and delay claims. Experience relating to surety bond claims would be a plus. Must have a license to practice law in Colorado.

The candidate must have distinguished academics from an ABA-accredited law school. Should be comfortable with technology. Persuasive legal writing skills would be a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
