  • Collaborate with senior partners to develop innovative legal strategies for complex M&A transactions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in M&A law.
  • Strong experience in drafting and negotiating M&A transaction documents.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee the deal process.
  • Experience supervising junior associates and managing workflows.
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar (New York).

  • Expertise in M&A transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting deals.
