A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Banking and Finance Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in banking and finance law. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on banking and finance matters.
• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and drafting various finance-related agreements and documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transactional matters.
• Participate in due diligence processes and document reviews for financing transactions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
