Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in trusts and estates litigation, including will contests, fiduciary disputes, and trust administration challenges
• Manage cases from inception through trial or settlement, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and hearings
• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to client needs
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, co-counsel, and litigation teams
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on complex litigation matters

Requirements

• 18 years of litigation experience with a focus on trusts and estates matters
• Proven trial and courtroom advocacy experience
• Strong track record of achieving favorable outcomes for plaintiffs
• Ability to manage high-value and complex cases independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
