Job Overview

Duties

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and draft transaction documents.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and general corporate work.
• Knowledge of federal and state securities laws.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible for admission.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Georgia Bar admission or eligibility.
