Duties

  • Conduct legal research and draft related documents.

Requirements

  • 1-8+ years of experience in executive compensation.
  • Experience in transactional matters preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of New York or eligibility to waive in.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
