Duties

• Advise on health and welfare benefit plans, including medical, disability, and life insurance.
• Provide guidance on flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and cafeteria plans.
• Offer counsel on health savings accounts and fringe benefit plans.
• Support clients in M&A and counseling contexts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in health and welfare benefit plans.
• Substantial experience in M&A and counseling contexts.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or eligibility for admission.
