Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through trial or settlement

• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence

• Engage in client communication, providing regular updates and legal guidance

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, experts, and other stakeholders

• Evaluate case value and develop effective legal strategies

• Maintain accurate and organized case files using firm case management software

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation and trial experience

• Familiarity with Georgia personal injury laws and civil litigation procedures

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and client service skills

• Strong sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia

Skills:

• Litigation and courtroom advocacy

• Legal drafting and research proficiency

• Negotiation and mediation experience

• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities

• Proficiency in legal case management software (Filevine experience preferred)
