Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a construction litigation associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of commercial/construction litigation experience. The candidate must have an understanding/background in breach of contract, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues. Experience in drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects would be a plus. IL Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have stellar academics and superior writing skills.
