Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Denver is currently seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. The ideal candidate must possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academics, Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties

• Provide legal support in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and research for transactions.
• Interface with clients to understand and address their legal needs.
• Offer legal advice and guidance on corporate matters.

Experience:

• Accumulate 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
• Possesses experience in an Am Law 100 law firm setting.

Educational Background:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Hold State Bar admission or demonstrate eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
