Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior or mid-level associate with commercial litigation experience to join the Technology Disputes group in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves handling complex legal issues for major technology companies, focusing on privacy, data protection, and other technology-related disputes.

Duties

• Develop litigation strategy and draft pleadings for global matters.
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations and compliance strategies.
• Advise on risk assessments for new products and business structures.
• Analyze and present global legal analysis impacting social media companies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and strong academic record.
• Motivated to develop professional skills and client service excellence.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
