Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel associate to join its Intellectual Property Transactions practice in New York. The candidate will advise clients in technology, life sciences, consumer products, industrials, and manufacturing on complex IP matters.

Duties

• Advise on IP-intensive M&A, financing, and securitization transactions.
• Draft and analyze strategic licensing, collaboration, and joint venture arrangements.
• Provide detailed and analytical support to clients.

Requirements

• Four to six years of IP transactions experience at a major law firm.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with IP-intensive M&A and strategic transactions.

Education

• U.S. J.D. preferred.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission required.

Skills

• Proficiency in handling complex IP matters.
