A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate, particularly with agency financing programs and transactional document drafting.

Duties

• Assist in financing affordable multifamily real estate deals.
• Draft and review transactional documents.
• Collaborate with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate.
• Experience with Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae financing.
• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
