Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Commercial Litigation team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves handling a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, providing an excellent opportunity for those passionate about business law to advance their careers.

Duties

  • Support the commercial litigation team through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings to trial.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations.

  • Work closely with clients to provide clear and practical legal advice, ensuring excellent client service and retention.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar (must be a member in good standing).

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
