Real Estate Attorney

A law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3-5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending. The ideal candidate must have a good academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Handle various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending.
• Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and leases.
• Conduct due diligence and title review.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, other attorneys, and third parties.
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending.
• Good academic record from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
